What are your prices?
Because we tend to import some of our stock our prices fluctuate depending on outside factors like petrol prices, currency exchange rates etc.

Do you have any minimum order policies?
It depends. We do our best to be flexible and not impose minimum order numbers on our partners, however, it may mean that for small orders you will have to pay a delivery fee or wait untill we can match you with a larger order from your general area.

Can I get a discount?
We view discounts and special offers as a great way to pass the savings we make on to our partners whenever we can. Our longterm customers enjoy prime access to any offers so the longer you maintain an active account the higher up in the order you will be for discounts.
Do you offer Credit?
Unfortunately we are unable to extend a credit facility at this time. Long-term customers can enjoy a limited time-to-pay arrangements, however, all new orders are subject to pre-payment or payment on receipt of goods.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
It’s fast. The majority of our UK orders are delivered on the following day. The usual turnaround for the imported stock is 5-7 days.
Can i collect?
It depends. We are primarily a delivery-based business, with limited collection options available from East London, Calais and Rotterdam. Contact Us »
